How To Lose 5 Pounds In 1 Week - Fast And Healthy

It's fast and healthy.
No starvation, no deprivation, no eating tofu and other crap, and no spending hours in the kitchen cooking.
How to Lose 5 Pounds in a Week 1.
Drink a lot of water Ok, I got the boring tip out of the way first.
I know you hear this all the time, drink 8 or more glasses of water a day.
It's boring, but it is effective.
Here's the deal.
At most, you can lose roughly 3 pounds a week of fat.
If you lose more than that, it's likely to be water weight and muscle.
So in order to lose 5 pounds in a week, we'll manipulate the way you retain water.
We do this by drinking more water.
The more water you drink, the less of a reason your body has to retain water.
The body retains water for survival reasons.
It thinks water is scarce, so it keeps some within your body for emergencies.
If you can prove to the body water isn't scarce (by drinking a lot of it), then the retained water will be urinated out almost instantly.

Eat apples Apples are high in water and fiber.
This helps you to get in all that water you need (eating water) while helping to control your hunger with the 5 grams of fiber in each apple.
3.
Spin around in a circle like a child This is great because it stimulates your Endocrine System to balance out your hormonal output.
By having balanced hormones, you put your body in the ideal position to lose weight fast.
All you do is spin 5-15 times and get slightly dizzy, not extremely dizzy (that is key).
