What Makes a Vision Board Work?

What do you need to find success with a vision board? Simply follow the Vision Board Recipe: • Create a dream that is big and totally excites you • Be crystal clear about your intention • Set your goals • See it, be it, feel it and live it internally.
• It's your movie, write your script • Focus on it "All possibility and potentials exist in the now.
" Anything that can make your dream come true is the result of a choice you make in the moment.
For example: You want to travel through Europe.
The final outcome would be the result of the planning you would do in order to achieve it.
Make a plan determine the route, book hotels on the way.
Or if you want to cook a great meal, the success of the meal would depend on the planning you do before you start, what ingredients you need, where to go shopping, what prep you can do ahead of time.
It's your internal energies, or cosmic guidance system that kicks you into action and shows you which direction to go to.
If this guidance system is interrupted by compulsive thinking, fear, feelings of unworthiness, worrying, addictions and/or scattered into different directions, your manifestation will not be totally effective.
Modify comfortable patterns and habits What skills do I need in order to achieve this new job, relationship, career or hobby? Maybe you want to sign up for some classes! Be grateful, it raises your energy, negative energy attracts likewise, so try to be in a loving state of mind as much as you can.
You've got to be clear, no conflicting messages to the universe.
• Exercise and eat healthy foods • Try to stay away from excessive drinking or drug use • Go for walks in nature • Do affirmations • Keep a journal • Meditate and establish a spiritual practice • Surround yourself with supportive people • Read inspiring books and watch inspiring movies • Believe in magic • Learn new things • Participate in personal growth seminars • Participate in support groups, like Al-Anon or AA, or other 12 step groups The law of attraction does not work within your mind, it works on a subconscious level, learn how to trust.
Meet new people do new things, take classes, do things differently and change patterns.
For example if you always go to the gym on Mondays and Wednesdays, go on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I hear you say you do not like the idea! That is your MIND rebelling against change! Do it anyway.
The key is "just do it.
" Do not listen to your mind your mind just wants to keep you safe and miserable, not thriving.
Yes, it sounds strange to ignore your mind, but it's important to just Trust the Universe!
