- 1). Install the steering knuckle mount and control arm mount bushings.
- 2). Align the control arm mounting holes with the mounting bracket holes on the frame rail. Install and torque the control arm mounting bolts to 100 foot-pounds.
- 3). Move the control arm upwards until the control arm-to-steering knuckle mount bolt is fully inserted into the steering knuckle mount hole. Torque the fastening nut to 30 foot-pounds.
- 4). Reinstall the wheel and lower the vehicle very slowly, taking note of any binding or flexing sounds. If anything seems wrong, jack up the vehicle and recheck the suspension.
